These twelve gorgeous, detailed machine embroidery designs are inspired by nature itself-- as captured in the photographs of Vermont farmer Wilson Bentley in the early 1900s. These delicate snowflakes are perfect for embroidering many items throughout the winter.

Beautifully rendered in satin stitch, the density has been increased for a slightly dimensional effect and for good coverage on dark fabrics.

Twelve unique color designs include: 4-inch snowflakes "Montpelier", "Reykjavik", "Lillehammer", & "Hammerfest;" 3-inch snowflakes "Aspen", "Calgary", "Winnipeg", and "Innsbruck;" and 2-inch snowflakes "Banff", "Tundra", "Vail" and "Yukon."

For purists, the designs are also provided in a white or single color stitch out--most of these have no jump stitches--for a total of 24 designs in all. A full set of color charts is provided.
