What could be sweeter than counting down to Valentine's Day with a calendar stuffed with love notes and candy? You'll love creating this adorable and creative piece as much as your friends and family will enjoy the sweet treats and thoughts that come out of it every year.

The calendar is created in three easy steps. First, stitch and prepare thirteen pockets with very few color changes each. Then prepare each of eight base layers just like a miniature quilt. Finally, “wed” the two designs together by stitching the pockets to the background. Complete photo instructions take you through the process, a step at a time.

For the 5" x 7" hoop; finished size is approximate 12" x 20."
